- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Spread shredded chicken evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the ranch sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
