Ingredients

- 1 beef heart (about 1–1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse the beef heart under cold water and pat dry.
- Trim any excess fat or connective tissue.
- Cut into thin slices or small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and lemon juice.
- Coat the beef heart pieces with the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef heart for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot.
