Instructions

  1. Clean the beef heart by removing any membranes and fat. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until soft.
  3. Add beef heart cubes to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
