- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Brush the corn with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the corn for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- In a bowl, mix coleslaw, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sugar.
- Serve the grilled corn and coleslaw together.
Notes
- You can add chili powder for extra spice.
- Replace mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
