Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 box vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Grease the crockpot with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Layer vanilla wafers and banana slices in the crockpot.
  3. In a bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Add milk, beaten eggs, cornstarch, and salt to the bowl. Stir well.
