Ingredients

- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 box vanilla wafers
Instructions
- Grease the crockpot with butter or cooking spray.
- Layer vanilla wafers and banana slices in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add milk, beaten eggs, cornstarch, and salt to the bowl. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture over the bananas and wafers in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
