A simple and delicious homemade Baileys Irish cream liqueur recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
Instructions
- Pour heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk into a blender.
- Add chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and instant coffee.
- Blend until smooth.
- Slowly pour in the Irish whiskey while blending.
- Blend for another 30 seconds to combine.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Shake well before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality Irish whiskey for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less chocolate syrup.
- Keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 months.
