Description
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, combining the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger with melty cheese between crispy bread.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread (sourdough or white)
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 1/4 lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer cheese, cooked beef, bacon, ketchup, mustard, and onions.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Serve hot.

- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Add pickles for extra tang.
- Adjust condiments to taste.
