Description

A delicious twist on classic grilled cheese, combining bacon and cheeseburger flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1/4 lb ground beef, cooked
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Place one slice of cheese on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
  3. Add cooked ground beef, bacon, ketchup, and mustard on top of the cheese.
  4. Top with another slice of cheese and the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  5. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
