A simple and delicious way to cook venison backstrap in a crockpot.

- 1 venison backstrap (about 2 lbs)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sear the venison backstrap on all sides until browned.
- Place sliced onions and minced garlic in the crockpot.
- Add the seared venison on top.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the meat.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Slice and serve.
