- 2 cans (14 oz each) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, lemon juice, pepper, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh artichoke hearts for a stronger flavor.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Serve with crusty bread or over pasta.
