Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until softened.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili flakes.
- Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add fresh basil and cook for 2 more minutes.
