Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Spread applesauce evenly over the pork.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
