- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Check that chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). Serve hot.
