- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Flatten slightly with a fork.
- Place cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter for a richer taste.
- Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
