Crispy, cheesy air fryer chicken parmesan ready in minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Beat egg in another dish.
  4. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place chicken in air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes. Flip chicken.
  7. Top with marinara and mozzarella.
  8. Cook 3 more minutes until cheese melts.
