- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar while continuing to beat.
- Fold in vinegar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
- Spoon mixture into small mounds on baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then turn off oven and let cool inside for 1 hour.
Notes
- Make sure bowl and beaters are completely clean and dry before whipping egg whites.
- Don’t open oven door during baking.
