Easy mini pavlovas made with just 5 ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar while continuing to beat.
  4. Fold in vinegar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
  5. Spoon mixture into small mounds on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, then turn off oven and let cool inside for 1 hour.

Notes

  • Make sure bowl and beaters are completely clean and dry before whipping egg whites.
  • Don’t open oven door during baking.
