Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry all vegetables.
- Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and red onion.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
